Pondok Indah Mall 2, Package 03: Main Contract  (Structure And Coordination) PONDOK INDAH, SOUTH JAKARTA

The Project was to construct an 8 level shopping mall in South Jakarta of value USD 45 million, consisting of four level basement and four level upper structure of Pondok Indah Mall 2. Resulting quantities of 76,000 m3 of concrete and placing over 11,000 tons of steel.

 

Main Scope of Work: Construction of 17 levels building with 3 levels basement. The basement area is approximately 6,300 m2 per level and the tower area is approximately 1,700 m2 per level.

The owner is PT Metropolitan Kentjana.
