of main infrastructures works for whole site, the construction of 27 holes
Golf Course designed by Gary Player (earthwork, shaping &
landscaping), installation of irrigation system, water reservoirs and
distribution system, drainage network, roads and other ancillary works. |

scheme includes an 18 holes golf course design by Ted Robinson, sport and
leisure facilities with exclusive housing and landscaped surround. The
development is in excess of 400 Ha. The civil packages include :
Earthworks of app. 5 mill. M3 of cut & fill, geotechnical works, storm
water drainage, hydro seeding, golfcart underpass, causeways, twin
culvert, and sundry storm drainage, culvert outfall and cascade. |
